- Broken Frames: If a frame breaks under normal wear and tear within 30 days of purchase, we will repair it free of charge whenever possible.
- Manufacturing Defects: If a defect in the frame material or construction becomes apparent within 30 days, we will repair or replace the frame at our discretion.
- Hinge Issues: Loose or broken hinges are typically covered within the 30-day period, assuming they haven’t been caused by excessive force.
What's Not Covered?
It’s equally important to understand the limitations of our warranty. We don’t cover damage caused by:
