We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eyeglasses purchased at our Okotoks location. This means you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return or exchange your eyeglasses if you’re not completely satisfied. This isn’t just about a defect; it’s about ensuring you’re happy with the fit, style, and overall experience. Please note this 30-day period begins on the date indicated on your receipt.
What Conditions Apply for a Refund or Exchange?
We strive to be fair and reasonable with our return policy. Here’s a breakdown of the conditions that must be met for a full refund or exchange:
- Unworn Condition: The eyeglasses must be returned in essentially new, unworn condition. This means no scratches, smudges, or signs of wear on the lenses or frames. We understand you need to try them on, but extended wear will unfortunately disqualify the glasses for a full refund.
- Original Packaging: Please return the eyeglasses in their original case and packaging, including any cleaning cloths or documentation that came with the purchase.
- Valid Receipt: A copy of your original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
- Non-Custom Orders: This policy applies to standard orders. Custom or specifically modified lenses (such as highly specialized prescriptions or unusual lens materials) may have limited or no return options. We’ll discuss this on a case-by-case basis – please contact us before making a purchase if you anticipate needing a highly customized order.
- Non-Damaged by Customer: The eyeglasses must not be damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or accidental breakage.
What if I have a prescription change within the 30-day period? If your prescription changes within the 30-day period (verified by a current prescription from another qualified optometrist), we will gladly exchange the lenses for the updated prescription. You may be responsible for the cost difference of the new lenses, if applicable.
What are My Options? (Refund vs. Exchange)
You have a couple of options if you’re not satisfied:
- Full Refund: If your eyeglasses meet all the conditions outlined above, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchange: You can exchange your current eyeglasses for a different frame of equal or greater value. If the new frame is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. If you choose a less expensive frame, we will refund the difference. Lens options may also affect the price difference.

- Processing: Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange immediately. For exchanges, we’ll help you select your new frames and order the new lenses. For refunds, we’ll initiate the credit to your original payment method.
Important Note Regarding 3-for-1 Deals: Our popular 3-for-1 deal is designed to provide exceptional value. If you're returning as part of a 3-for-1 purchase, the refund or exchange will be applied proportionally to the total cost of the three pairs. For example, if the total cost of the three pairs was $300, a refund would be for $100 per pair.
