Contact Lenses

Contact lenses are classified as medical devices under Health Canada regulations. Due to health, safety, and hygiene requirements, the following return policy applies to all contact lens purchases:

Opened Contact Lenses

Contact lenses that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This is a strict health and safety requirement — once a sealed contact lens package has been opened, it cannot be resold or redistributed.

Unopened Contact Lenses

Unopened contact lenses in their original, factory-sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive contact lenses that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match your order, we will replace them at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.

Prescription Eyeglasses

Prescription eyeglasses are custom-made to your individual specifications and are non-refundable. This includes the frame, lenses, coatings, and any customization.

If there is an issue with your prescription or the fit of your lenses, please visit us in-store and we will work with you to resolve it.

Non-Prescription Eyewear & Accessories

Non-prescription sunglasses, readers, and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
